Chef Ernesto Sanchez comes to Sysco With a culinary experience of 20 years, Chef Ernesto graduated Le Cordon Blue, Pasadena and held positions ranging from prep cook to Executive Chef, his culinary passion has lead him to work with many diverse operations from small mom and pop kitchens, to Michelin star restaurants & Corporate establishments. He has spent the last 10 years as a Regional Chef apprentice & company trainer, opening new restaurants across the country and training, chefs, sous chefs, and kitchen staff for each restaurant. When Chef Ernesto is not at work, he enjoys RV camping with his wife and two sons and taking his jeep off road.
