Kristen is a numbers person that loves restaurant people. In fact, she began learning all things restaurant money from the ground up, serving some of LA’s best fine dining before striking out on her own in 2008.  By then she was already hooked.  She still is.

Math for Food is focused on better accounting solutions for the independent food and beverage community.  Everything from writing and speaking, to curating tech and reimagining traditional ways of doing the numbers -- over fifteen years of developing, directly offering, and even sharing these food friendly approaches with other financial professionals. Kristen and Math for Food are on a mission: to foster better understanding between these two worlds. Because we all need the delicious outposts of hospitality we love to continue to thrive.
