Chef Lidia Felix CCE is the Vice President for the Los Angeles Chapter of the American Culinary Federation (ACF-CCAC-LA) and a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu. She was the high-tea Chef for 10 years at the Langham Huntington Hotel and owns The 3-spoons Chef company which produces a variety of flavored rim-dip products. She is a Certified Culinary Educator (CCE) and is the Culinary Instructor at Cal High School in Whittier.
