Luis Hernandez started in in the food industry 16 years ago as a Cook/Manager where he discovered his passion for food safety and received his first “Food Safety Professional” certification with ServSafe. His passion for food safety grew as he progressed from company to company with experience in manufacturing in bakery and produce, and now food storage and distribution. It's been an amazing journey and he continues to look forward to the next 30 years in the food industry.
