Rodrigo Morales began his culinary career as a Sous Chef at Perch and as a banquet Chef at The Jonathan Beach Club in Santa Monica. He has worked at Sysco Los Angeles as one of our Culinary Specialists before moving over to the Specialty Import Specialist position. Rodrigo loves to share his culinary knowledge with every Sysco customer he meets to help grow their business with items that speak directly to our customer’s brand.
